I’d like to tell you how happy I am after dealing with ‘ Imalka’ at the Langley Skechers! From the minute I walked into the store he made himself available to me for any help I may need, without being one bit pushy. When I was ready for help, he was right there, giving me advice and his professional opinion on what shoe would be the best for me and my needs. He also very kindly honoured a sale agreement I had with the previous manager which I was most impressed with! His demeanour was very friendly, understanding, patient, and extremely helpful! And I am impressed! You don’t really find all that now a days when out shopping, and I would recommend Imalkas service to everyone! I was trying to buy shoes for my 95+ mother who lives in a care home. Staff at Skechers were so kind and helpful. It took three runs to the care home but we got a pair that fit. A special call out to James,Ken, and Pawan who all went above and beyond.

I had an amazing experience at the Langley location. I was given helpful feedback and service. I purchased 2 pairs of sandals with the special on of buy one pair and get the second pair 50 % off. When I returned a few weeks later because I couldn’t make up my mind on one of the pair of sandals ….. 🥺🤦‍♀️… Mahima (the assistant manager) whom had helped me on the floor both times was again extremely helpful. Return policy is excellent and she helped me find the perfect sandals! Thank you for the friendly customer service!

Today I went to this store and selected a skecher in the clearance, When I came to the counter there was a lady who was very polite I asked her if there is more discount available on the shoes, She then went to the back part of the store and asked one of the staff, Then that staff came to the counter, He was wearig glasses and he was from china or Japan according to his appereanc, he said "how can I help you?" I told him if there is any more discount on the shoes, He was very disrespectfull and did not know how to talk to customer, he said no discount for you today, he added,it is his wish to whome he give discount or to whome he not. I liked the shoes that I was buying very much. and I bought otherwise, I would leave the shoes to him and got out of the store..

I love this Sketchers outlet. They have a clearance section in the back for up to 70% off and I always find great deals.

I went in thinking it was busy, nope, all the employees, not one came up to me and asked if I needed a hand, after about 10 minutes of me aimlessly looking for what I needed, I finally asked someone. I guess I was expecting to more, god forbid someone do they’re friggin job. And maybe a smile…
